- Team achievement report from holding the event
- Event observation report from the included event observation option

If the team average score is below 90, we recommend a package based on your team average score to ensure a higher improvment rate.

How does it work?
- Hold any virtual enablement event that includes the event observation option.
- Afterwards, you'll get an event observation report with an average score for the team, and recommendations for improvements, along with the team achievement reports for the session.
- Based on the average score for the team, you can determine and buy the appropriate performance development program package.
- After program events, in addition to the team achievement and event observation reports, you'll receive a specialized team progress report showing team improvement trends.
