Event Observation Option

ADDS A CERTIFIED FACILITATOR FOR THE ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE & BENEFIT

The way to get support, facilitation and an evaluation of team performance provided in an event observation report.

(Add-On to Single-Team Event, Included for Free in the Multi-Team Event)

Scheduling & Organization Support

The facilitator will work with the team to schedule the session and organize the team-building experience from the beginning to the end.

Pre-Session Preparation Support

The facilitator will provide guidance, encouragement, and technical support to ensure everyone is ready for the experience.

Pre-Session Meeting Facilitation

The facilitator will book the pre-session meeting with the team 1/2 hour before the actual session time and facilitate the meeting to ensure everyone is onboard and ready.

Technical Support & Game Play Support

The facilitator has a unique view, with the ability to communicate, and help the team navigate the game. The facilitator can also impersonate a player, to help someone when needed, so nobody gets stuck or left behind.

Post-Session Debriefing Facilitation

The facilitator will book a post-session meeting immediately after the completed session to discuss the experience, facilitate reflection, and discuss areas for improvement.

Team Action Plan Kick-off Development & Follow-up Support

The facilitator will use a built-in scrum board to list essential action items for the team, based on the entire experience, observation, and post-session reflection. The team will be able to take it over from there and can further develop the action plan. The facilitator will occasionally follow up with the team in case further guidance is needed.

Event Observation Report

The facilitator observes and evaluates the team during the entire experience, entering data into an observation tool. Upon completion of the session, each team member gets an event observation report including a summary of their individual performance, and the performance of the whole team, for reflection and self-awareness.

Authorized leaders get access to a metrics dashboard providing special insights into the overall team performances, progression over time, and a total health score of all participating teams.

Team- & Individual-Level Reporting

Team achievement reports are transferred from the VE platform to your organization-specific instance in the assessment platform, where detail reports and progress over time can be viewed and analyzed.

Access to Awareness Assessments

The organization will be able to expand their team performance assessment content using this platform to include data from personality, organizational culture, and procedural awareness assessments.
