If the team average score is below 90, we recommend a package based on your average score to ensure a higher team improvment rate.

How does it work?

  1. Hold any virtual enablement event that includes the event observation option.
  2. Afterwards, you'll get an event observation report with an average score for the team, and recommendations for team improvements, along with the team achievement reports for the session.
  3. Based on the average score for the team, you can determine and buy the appropriate performance development program package.
  4. After program events, in addition to the team achievement and event observation reports, you'll receive a specialized team progress report showing team improvement trends.
