Team event can be organized in two different type; single and multi the following are explaining how to organize each event

ORGANIZING A SINGLE TEAM EVENT

If this is your first time organizing a VE team event, you need to click on the schedule an event button on the top right corner of this page.
When you submit the schedule an event form, you will be redirected to the registration page.
Upon completing the registration, you will have access to the store to purchase VE events keys and access to the VE platform to schedule your event.

After registration, you can go to the store anytime and purchase other events and VE options. Links to the specific products presented on the VE with a "Buy Now" button will direct you to the product page at the store to buy.

ORGANIZING A MULT-TEAM EVENT

We highly recommend contacting us to guide you through the process and ensure you choose the right event style (such as Leaderboard, Tournament, and Competition Styles) and event options that best fit your need. Here are some critical considerations before you schedule a multi-team event.

  • You need to determine how many teams you want to invite to this event and the style of the event you want the event to use
  • You also need to determine if you would like us to market your event through the marketing campaign option.

How to organize a single-team event

  1. Login to the VE platform
  2. Click on Contacts
  3. Invites participants to your contact lists
  4. Click "Single-Team Events" from the left menu
  5. Click "Upcoming Events"
  6. Click on the button on the left and chose a new event
  7. Add information about your event, include the time you are want to play
  8. Add players, and a spectator (when needed) from your contact list
  9. Add a facilitator is you purchased an event observation option. The facilitator availability will show based on yoru selected time. if case of comflict, you can either change the facilitator, or choose a different time when the facilitator is available
  10. Review everything and Click the "Schedule" button
  11. the system will notify the facilitator and the participants via email
  12. If you added a facilitator, then the facilitator will start communicating with the team, and schedule a pre-game meeting, and a de-briefing meeting after the game. Otherwise, you will have to do that yourself
  13. That is, it. you are done scheduling a single-team event

How to organize a multi-team event

  1. Login to the VE platform
  2. Click on Contacts
  3. Invites participants to your contact lists
  4. Click "Multi-Team Events" from the left menu
  5. Click "Upcoming Events"
  6. Click on the button on the left and chose a new event
  7. Add information about your event, include the time you are want to play
  8. Select the event type from "Leaderboard" or "Tournament"
  9. Add teams, players, coordinators, team representatives, and spectators from your contact list
  10. Review everything and Click the "schedule" button
  11. add a facilitator to each team based on the system generated schedule
  12. The system will notify the facilitator and the participants via email
  13. The facilitators will start communicating with the team, and schedule a pre-game meeting, and a de-briefing meeting after the game.
  14. That is, it. you are done scheduling a multi-team event
